Now a corporation and with business address located at 830 Domingo Santiago Street, Sampaloc, Manila, the company is officially known as Trilex Builders and Construction Supply, Inc. (TBCSI).TBCSI operates under SEC No. CS201004031 and PCAB Contractor License No. 26590 as General Engineering / General Building Contractor with a Principal Category “A”.TBCSI started as a general contractor for various fit-out commercial projects, repair and construction of residential houses and small buildings, architectural design services, and small government projects.In 2004, TBCSI joined Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (MWSI) as one of its accredited contractors starting with small restoration works. As TBCSI continued to develop and prove that the company can deliver quality results on-budget and on-time, more complex horizontal works such as pipe-laying was added to the growing portfolio of projects.Having achieved a credible name in delivering quality vertical and horizontal projects, TBCSI was awarded the contract to design and build Maynilad management’s offices in 2011.
