    The good thingsI started to work here as fresh graduate, the management enables me to grow as full pledged IE, letting me learn the basic principles of engineering up to the fullest skills that can be learned from Engineering and Production setting. It is a company where employees are well valued, letting you feel the Work-Life Balance setup. The working environment is also a plus wherein colleagues (Filipino/Japanese) and production operators take part of your growth as individual.

    Sewing globs was challenging because when i apply for the position i have no idea how can i make it,how can i start my job then my co workers help me by giving tips how to make it easy to sew.

    The good thingsThis is a good workplace for the fresh starters because the learning experience is very good and wide, not only professionally but also personally. I have no regrets that this has been my first job. Here, I was able to work on my communication, decision-making, and leadership skills. It helped me grow and mature as a working professional that I definitely brought to my current job.
    The challengesWorking on weekends and extended working hours during weekdays which can become toxic for some, especially during peak season of production.
