    Having Fun while working and Do what you love
    The good thingsWe are paid doing what we love. Designing, Rendering and Drafting. Our team is a Family oriented one, we care for each other. We are here for the long term. So, as a company we are working towards improving client and team's lives.
    The challengesWe are still a growing Company and we have the capability to be a successful one. So it means our system is not perfect, there will be adjustment through out the way.

    The challengesthey don't value tenure employees after you've given all the best that you can give. dedication, loyalty, perseverance , hardships, efforts. No recognition at all or salary raise.

    Learn to Unlearn
    The good thingsIt was a good Experience to meet people with an extra ordinary personalities and to find people whom you knew,Relatives and friends that i had opportunities to have a bit of advantage. Specifically when it comes to be trained about the product wise. for they were in a position such as \" Supervisor, Trainers and quality annalist.
    The challengesIt was a challenge fact when you know that you have a bigger advantage to get to the operations floor itself, since i knew alot of people and for a fact that they were my friends, however that maybe the BOLD eyes see's specially for other colleague's, for me it was even the other way around because honestly it took awhile for me to unlearn. although acceptance is we need to move forward
