    Treston offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for growth, but the compensation does not align with the workload, and there are management inefficiencies.
    The good thingsWhat I appreciate most about working at Treston is the excellent work-life balance. The company also offers extracurricular activities that provide opportunities for growth and professional development.
    The challengesMy main concern at Treston is the compensation, which does not align with my workload. There are frequent urgent tasks, and some long-term employees struggle with project management, leading to inefficiencies. Additionally, while workloads increase, salary adjustments do not reflect this.

    work life balance at its best
    The good thingsvoice is being heard up to the executive level. they are interested to hear what you are saying. Work life balance is being respected on my point of view. best HR team that can handle different concerns of employees. flexible training for employees upon approval.
    The challengesverbal standard operating procedures, average benefits, no annual appraisal / salary increase, work goes way beyond more than expected job description, other employees are involved in other affiliate company work / consultation.
