    Good place to learn how to work with B2B client
    The good thingsYou have chance to work with a lot of international entities. Have some chance to learn computer languages or any other IT knowledge. the working schedule was flexible, which means you can arrange your personal schedule.
    The challengesNot easy to communicate with the team member if you are not the locals. Sometimes the meeting is in local language, you felt like you're not part of them in the conference. The technical limits is also a very big challenge. Sometimes the client's request is out of the company can offer.

    The good thingsGood thing is how they process bad data into pure data. Less exception due to cloud base data refinery base company. Working here is so pleasant and comfortable because of the work environment and the people surrounds you had a great personalities.
    The challengesGreat challenge for me during downtime. System downtime application and others. This is stressful in general but in order to overcome the stress, i have to relax in a way that I'm still working for the fix. Take a deep breath for me to think better ways on the problem can be solve.

    The good thingsAll employee treated equally. If employee get satisfactory rating from client an award is comensarated. Employer and its officers has alloted time to talk with the employee the so called townhall meeting
