    The good thingsI had a great time working in Traveloka. The people, the work itself, flexibility, good working environment, gives you so much room for growth for the different area they offer.

    Interesting, dynamic workplace
    The good thingsVery interesting work in a very interesting industry. Work can be fulfilling since we have such a large impact on present and future success of the company, and even in other countries as well. The people here are great, very talented and easy to work with in general.
    The challengesSome of the internal processes I think can be imrpoved, and career pathing is still a work in progress. I think also there are some areas which are a bit too hq-centralized and could work better with additional inputs/decision-making power from the local teams.

    Great Working Environment and Employee Care
    The good thingsThey value you as an individual, not just as an employee. You'll be able to work well with people as the culture there is very linear - in a very good way. They treat each other as equals and it makes for a good working relationship where you value each other's opinion and recommendations. Also, you'll be able to enjoy a lot of employee perks and privileges that you won't get in any other company.
    The challengesSo far, there is nothing I see that needs improvement.

    The good thingsWorking for Traveloka is always exciting with the continuous developments and opportunities that come as a fairly new company. The culture of the company is great and I enjoy working with everyone. Different activities are being held to keep the employees motivated. The company cares for each and everyone of us by giving us opportunities for growth and keeping employees happy. The company gives the employees different challenges to support their career growth and development of skills.

    The good thingsI enjoy working with my team. A lot of activities for employee to keep them motivated. Traveloka also helps people learn and be engaged with other departments.
    The challengesBeing a startup, you need to adapt quickly to policies being put in place and also to be able to handle fast pace working environment. I guess this challenges people to be more open to change for the better and also for the good of the company.

    The good thingsIt is normal to have a stressful environment in HR Positions but working here in traveloka I don’t feel any pressure to do my tasks. acknowledgements and suggestions are always there every time I did something, and I take it as a way to improve more and enjoy working each day. But the most important thing that I love here in traveloka is the Character that the employees have. I can see the Camaraderie in everyone even though they don't have the same positions. I’m Happy rendering my hours that i need here in this company. I’m grateful for all the experiences and learning, I can say that I’m better than before. All the skills and knowledge will be a big help when I’m on the actual workplace.

    Memorable Internship Experience
    The good things• Great work environment Having to work for Traveloka meant that I'm coming out of my comfort zone since my major(Comm. Arts) deals with a different kind of field of work. But with my workmates, I had no issue adjusting to their environment, everyone made me feel welcome and they were all so approachable. • Excellent Employee Welfare Their employee welfare is way way better than the other companies, that's for sure. Lunch and Merienda are provided. The pantry is very clean, and the working hours is very flexible, now I know why no one in the office looks stressed or tired. There are more benefits and perks for full-time employees. I got to experience the benefits and perks as an Intern and I will always be grateful for the experience. • Besides the in-office knowledge that I gained during the Internship, I've learned so many lessons when I was an Intern in their company. I've experienced and encountered different personalities during the job and I've learned how to deal with those people. I've also learned the proper work etiquette, and my supervisor really taught me well on how to deal to such different situations at work and in life.

    Dynamic work environment perfect for ambitious and independent thinkers
    The good thingsI am thankful for the many opportunities for my ideas to be heard and in some cases considered for execution. With the help of my brilliant teammates and supportive bosses, we are able to work on things that excite us and our customers. The company values autonomy and employees are encouraged to work in collaborative ways. It's inspiring to go to work every day knowing that you are working with the best in engineering, project management and the veterans in the hotel/OTA industry.
    The challengesIt is a growing company... the growth is fast. You need to keep up otherwise, so many things are happening around you and you can get left behind. But if you are someone with a growth mindset, you have nothing to worry about. Traveloka is the best place for people who want to improve in their craft whether it's marketing or customer service. You are free to explore and experiment with the support of experts in the field.
