    The challengesNothing. You just have to have a very postive attitude and a great outlook in life to make everything work as if youre not working. Resorts World Manila is a very considerate employer tonits employees.

    A great work place, food, parking, etc. But give them the best you can and they'll reward you for that.
    The good thingsGood in everything. Food, uniform, parking, health benefits etc. A great company who takes care of their employees welfare.
    The challengesLearning everything from the start. Even if you have experience in the industry, you will never know who will be your next guest. Challenging job, maybe. But I see it as a tool to hone you craft.
