    The challengesNothing specifically, maybe just the last 2 hours of work because there are some hobbies that I can't do anymore as part of my life. (work balance)

    The company really values you!
    The good thingsWhat I love about this company is that they reach out to you and to your needs. They listen to you and treat you as a family and not just an employee.
    The challengesI had a hard time at first since this company has very strict and high standards but when you're familiar with the process already, everything can be accomplished. It is not also hard to reach out to supervisors and they allot time to coach/train/answer you when you don't understand something.
