    Not a typical family business (company) but we are working as a family..
    The good thingsProfessionalism, Character building and transparency. Transmedic will be a good training ground for both experienced and fresh graduates. Opportunities are great because of great product lines and exposure to international events. I hope I can travel more!

    The challengesManagement issues, how they take care of their people especially the newly employed. Work gets boring over time, Management gives too little but demands too much... Too much internal and external issues, nevertheless the products are top of the line
