    Worst company I’ve ever been.
The good thingsThe company they assigned me to was okay.
The challengesLow salary. HR not approachable, not friendly and very difficult to talk to. This is an agency, so be prepared to be out of the job any time. Little to no benefits. You pay for your own medical exam. No opportunities nor growth in terms of career development.

    Don't just settle for less
The good thingsTransman is a vendor of not several but many companies in the Metro. A vendor is also known for a typical worker as \"agency\". I can't say that I have a remarkable and pleasant stay with this firm but I greatly consider my working experienced with them as a big learning and a big self improvement. They helped me realize two of the most important work aspects which are respect and professionalism.
The challengesChallenges are they are not 100% maintaining constant communication with their deployed workers. Their employees are not approachable and intimidating.
