Great place to learn and thrive
The good thingsWhat I really appreciate about Transec is how they genuinely support growth. My lead and teammates have been super helpful with coaching, which has really helped me build my skills and keep up with new tools. I also liked the benefits when I applied like HMO, company-issued equipment, a stocked pantry, clean sleeping quarters, and fun company-paid events and trainings.
The challengesI can’t think of any major challenges that stood out during my time here. I’ve found the job to be both rewarding and fun.

    Good working environment.
The good thingsOur core team is close-knit. It's more than just co-workers, I consider these people my close friends. We eat together, celebrate birthdays, and hang out after work. The Transec team is friendly, which makes the workplace enjoyable. Aside from this, I've seen how the company prioritizes work-life balance and inclusivity, valuing employee opinions, and collaboration. Moreover, Transec extends its commitment to social responsibility by doing outreach events.
The challengesDue to my position's varied workload, I need to be flexible and open to learning new skills.

It's been a great opportunity to work with this company.
The good thingsI've been a part of Transec for many years, and the supportive management have made the nature of our work immensely fulfilling. Through their open-door policy and commitment to employee well-being, they've cultivated a positive environment that makes facing challenges a collaborative and rewarding experience. The leadership's commitment to providing flexible work schedules, individual health initiatives, and professional growth makes it feasible for us to excel in our roles and maintain harmony in our personal lives.
The challengesWorking while juggling responsibilities takes a lot of toll on anybody. Especially when you are the breadwinner of the family. It took me some time to reorganize my thoughts and well-being, and the company has been a great help. They constantly check up on you and how you are doing, which helped me go through all my struggles.

I embraced the challenge presented by my role at Transec with enthusiasm and determination.
The good thingsI appreciate the exceptional work-life balance encouraged within our workplace, through the hybrid setup. Additionally, the company boosts camaraderie and morale by organizing various events and immersive team-building activities.
The challengesAs a recruiter, I've found that the key challenge typically revolves around pinpointing the perfect candidate for the position. Flexibility is crucial because adhering strictly to conventional methods may result in unfilled roles.

    Transec offers rewarding opportunities
The good thingsOne of my favorite aspects of working in Transec as a Team Lead is having the opportunity to learn from those in senior positions within the company. Working in a team environment is very rewarding, and I've gained a lot from collaborating with other members who bring a range of perspectives. Transec is a people-centric company. The management and our clients are all fantastic to work with and value work-life balance. We hire and retain the best and brightest, so working with experienced and skilled people in the BPO industry is a privilege. But what I like most is the company offers internal promotion opportunities. In my three years here, I've been promoted twice since they focus on individual growth. They provide us with all-expense-paid workshops as part of their commitment to support our professional development. Every day here is a new opportunity to learn and unfold new knowledge I can use over time.
The challengesThe salary is not that high compared to big BPO companies. However, if you are looking for a non-toxic environment, Transec is a breath of fresh air.

Upholds the work-life balance principle. A very good work environment.
The good thingsBeing a fresher, Transec has set high standards for me on what constitutes an ideal company when it comes to working environment, employee benefits and events, work-life balance, and management. They provide us with perks and benefits like HMO with dependent, life insurance, hosting of team buildings, as well as company freebies and giveaways. Also working with our core team is beyond having just co-workers! We're bonding as close friends, celebrating birthdays, and hanging out outside of work. I will surely recommend Transec to others! This is a great place to work, a good environment for starters, and those who want to grow. I really appreciate how the company believes in my potential to contribute to its growth and productivity. Plus, the management is fair to its employees regarding their salary increases based on their performance reviews. As part of its efforts to maintain a work-life balance, they have also established hybrid working arrangements depending on the account.
The challengesNone so far. I look forward to working in more years with Transec.

The one I like most here is the hybrid setup because I prefer staying at home and also going out once in a while. So the work arrangement is perfect for me.
The good thingsMy position in Transec is mainly in customer support where I answer inquiries via email. The one I like most here is the hybrid setup because I prefer staying at home and also going out once in a while. So the work arrangement is perfect for me. My co-workers are very welcoming. It hasn't been long since I joined the company, but I never felt like I don't belong. They always offer to help whenever I'm struggling with a task.
The challengesTransec showed me a different view of the BPO industry. I didn't know that I could find a job that would genuinely help me improve my skills. I feel lucky to have the opportunity of working here.

Working in Transec for over three years has been an enjoyable experience.
The good thingsWorking in Transec for over three years has been an enjoyable experience. The account I'm assigned to helps make an impact on people's lives so working here is a very fulfilling role. I started by handling emails, but now I'm leading our back office team. This sparked rapid growth as I transitioned from agent to management level. Transec helped with this transition immensely as I was trained step-by-step. For me, the best thing about working with our company is its culture. We have a healthy work-life balance and a non-toxic environment with fun activities. So everyone is upbeat and delightful to be around.

The good thingsI like the convenience of working in a WFH setup. Our client's team members are easy to work with, very friendly, and nice to talk to. I'm also surrounded by people who are good team players, open-minded, and always ready to learn new stuff.
The challengesVery minor and not a big deal but the company can still improve its peer engagement by conducting more leisure activities, company outings/team building.

Good people and work life balance
The good thingsThe people in transec are all nice, they will treat you like family. It’s a small company with a big heart. I’ve worked with transec for only a few months as a back office associate, this was my first job and it was so hard to say goodbye to my transec fam. Too bad I had to resign because of personal reasons. You’ll have work life balance if you work here.
The challengesMaybe the commute to work because transec is located in Ortigas - other than that I can’t think of anything else. Of course there are a lot of challenges in one’s work you’ll just have to persevere.

TRANSPORTATION: At the lobby outside the building, there's always be a way of transportation anywhere you will go.

    Good working environment
The good thingsOffice and employee size is not that big yet, but I think the company is still looking for people for a new account. Work is not that stressful, and offshore bosses are kind, so I find very easy to work with them. We recently have a renovation, and the office looks better than before. It has a unique and modern style that gives the employees an excellent and relaxing ambiance to work. Good thing that along with the recent renovation, they alotted one room to use as a pantry.
The challengesI think they should improve the cleanliness of the appliances like refrigerator, microwave, and oven. The employee often uses the said appliances, and it should be clean on a daily basis. Or maybe they can have a schedule to clean it weekly.
