    The good thingsI truly enjoyed working at Trans World Trading Co., Inc. The company treated employees like family, offering generous bonuses and yearly increases. We were happy and motivated, growing alongside the business. Sadly, after the President's passing, new management introduced early retirement and redundancy, marking a difficult and emotional transition for many of us.
    The challengesWith the transition to new management, clearer communication and more structured change management processes could further support employees and help maintain the company's strong, family-oriented culture.

    The good thingsI have been working at Trans World Trading for the past 21 years, and it has been an outstanding experience. The PRESENT MANAGEMENT management team is visible and is always available to discuss and provide guidance, and there is a clear path for advancement within the company. The company culture is focused on innovation and growth, and I appreciate that they prioritize employee development.
    The challengesThe previous management was difficult to work with, but all retired, so now it has a great workplace atmosphere.

    The good thingsThe company has transformed into a more professional and performance driven culture over the last few years. The business is growing and innovating, translating into more growth and learning opportunities. Flexible working hours depending on the function. There is a great deal of job satisfaction in implementing changes, and being duly recognized for such.
    The challengesThe business changes and growth brings with it more work and challenges, especially during transition states. At the start, there has been resistance to change from some personalities who were protective of their jobs and turfs, but this has been largely resolved through redundancies and retirements.
