    The good thingsOne of the good things working in this company is their perks and benefits.They provide all government required plus all other benefits that a worker can enjoy like free passage ticket for yourself and your parents as well as your siblings. Complete medicare and health with dental benefits. The working environment is good and the main office is well air conditioned so the employees can work well.
    The challengesSome of the things I noticed is that the management does not really give much importance to employee enhancement or improvement. They have not provided much training for employees especially on customer service aspect. Some companies provide team building to help employees build camaraderie among each other.
