    The good thingsThe company let and support you in exploring, learning and developing your career. You can focus to your own work with no others task to do. Also have the very supportive management from below up to the higher management. The challenge is that how you can catch them but its about your way of doing your work (attitude and your beatitude).
    The challengesManagement are looking at you at all time. Employees are always looking for something new which they have not experience to other person whom you have replace in the position. Also, employees are well experienced that most of the challenge you on your management style and program implementation. Work pressure is always there as with other companies.

    The good thingsPeople are humble, approachable and friendly so office atmosphere is great.
    The challengesPosts are so limited that employees most of the time needed to have overtime to be able to finish bulk of work. The company also makes use of agencies instead of hiring employees directly.

    The challengesTrane is a multinational company and reporting directly to regional office in Bangkok, Thailand. The most challenging part for me is of working with new and foreign G.M. every two years and part of which is to coordinate with our other Asian offices as part of our reporting.

    The good thingsI had a good working place. My supervisor is so kind and I learned so many things in the field of accounting
    The challengesNot being an accounting major, I took some of my duties difficulty. My eagerness to learn helped me to conquer and master many things. Another is being quarantined in a cubicle with my boss. We are only two here in Phil and our transactions were from Trane Guam. I felt boring sometimes. One more is that Trane Phil has the hardest time to justify to region that they have limited people.
