    Good for first time jobseekers or fresh grads.
    The good thingsEmployees are friendly even the manager, just avoid listening to nonsense gossip around, I have fun times and bad times here but I was treated like a family. you will get recognized if you're doing a great job.
    The challengesDepends where you are at I think sales and account are the most stressful jobs in this company, the salary is too low that is why it's only good for first-time jobseekers. if you're looking for career growth this is not the company for you, the management is confusing sometimes.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the company of my co-employee. Some are friendly, some are not. Average salary. It takes a 1-2 years before they will increase your salary.
    The challengesTraining is an issue for the most part. Really depends on how much time your manager is willing to properly train their staff. Your enjoyment in this job will be determined by whether you have a good or bad manager and their attitude. Honestly contact some of the staff before applying.
