    The work stress is manageable, but dealing with a biased manager makes it more difficult
    The good thingsI’m glad that some of my colleagues are really friendly.
    The challengesThe employees deserve more leave benefits, as the current five leaves are insufficient. Management in the service department should also be improved, as proper leadership is lacking due to favoritism and bias from the manager.

    The challengesOne of the challenges of working here is the strong emphasis that the other department places on their individual responsibilities. Another thing we only have 5 sick leave, we don't have vacation leave.

    The good thingsThis company teaches me to be flexible, versatile and it pushes me to perform beyond what I am capable of. It's a medium-sized company but I learn more than a lot of things: from the basics to the tiniest, most specific things that I need to learn in my chosen profession.
