I can say that my experience was indeed challenging and it was a new experience for me.
The good thingsI enjoyed going from one place to another, being a marketing executive I have to go in different schools to make a brief description about our school. Talking with different people makes me more knowledgable.
The challengesSo far I don’t have any bad experiences with the company/school.

    Challenge Accepted
The good thingsI met some new friends, like Koreans and tenants I'am more close to them than the employees because some of the employees are not so nice. But sometimes I enjoy working there. The salary is below average so its not worth it.
The challengesWorking with the employees there is the challenging part, sometimes they are very hard to pleased!. Even if its not your fault they will blame you.

There is good in everything we do.
The good thingsI have co-workers that still share a good laugh after a day of stressful work. Even though lots of us have experience to be shouted at, at the end of the day we still laugh and still go to work the next day to do what is expected of us and serve the students, our clients. What i like best in this company is the people are very appreciative and the nature of my work as a teacher is very fulfilling.
The challengesThe load of work that is given and the due dates that are sometimes hard to beat due to the conflict with my teaching load. I also find it hard to comply with some rules because they change a lot.
