    The fun never stops!
    The good thingsEveryday is different. You get to meet challenges that is very rewarding. You get to be kid again playing with all the toys. The company lets you attend trainings for free to further your learnings. The management is fair and has plans for everyone's advancement.

    The job responsibilities are quite hard especially if you are not familiar in a retail industry but some how you can adjust at least 2 months. But over all manageable duties everyday.
    The good thingsA lot of toys every month new items and every month changing activities like sample August is girls month, September babies month, November Halloween , December Christmas. You feel like a young because of you are surrounded by toys. And the items are so unique and exclusive only at toys r us.
    The challengesIn our branch the lunch break was not in the scheduled I mean if you are in a position of supervisor you time in 12:30pm - 9:30 PM closing your break time will be 6:00 PM. Almost you are hungry that's why I am not take the regularization you might have ulcer. Only at lipa Robinson branch. Not in others business units.
