    The good thingsI enjoy working here because of training provided by the company that help me to improve my skills and ability to handle our value customers.

    Great for professional who embodies continuous improvement!
    The good thingsWhat made me love Toyota, aside from the job itself, is that I have great & fun colleagues I worked with. The job doesn't feel like work at all because I love what I was doing and the management has effective support system, actively open, promotes 5S & encourages its employees to enculturate Kaizen (continuous improvement).
    The challengesProbably that the benefits needs to be revisited by the top management and hope it could be improved.
