    The good thingsWhat's good in working with TPG? Well, if you worked really hard on selling, you can definitely expect good pay. Also, you will be able to boost your selling skills, resourcefulness, stamina, and you will have the oportunity to go places you never been to especially when you have mall duties.
    The challengesTPG needs to improve their system, management, culture, and work environment. Management should not encourage each and every employee managers or not, to help each other, not to bring each other down. I hope they'll consider effective not just performance but also personality assessment for all employees in the future.
