On-The-Job Experience is fun, challenging and exciting!The good thingsFree snacks, juice, coffee and biscuits at the lounge. I spent my December working as OJT at the CRO, and I even received free umbrella, planner and Christmas ham for the holiday dinner. They even invited me to attend the Christmas party. There's also a lunch given to me whenever there's a meeting. And my supervisor and manager are really awesome people, including the staff.
The challengesIt's basically a challenge of how fast can you adapt in their working environment the Toyota way. But it's not that quite hard, it's rather challenging.
