Don't expect too muchThe good thingsWhat I like about the company is that it has a very chill atmosphere. You can work independently, especially if you are not under the Sales and Marketing team. The company is also strict in implementing their protocols that were written in the handbook. The benefits are okay but not something you should expect in such company name.
The challengesSince most of the dealer branches are not directly managed by the mother company itself, there were a lot of misconception with the rules and style of managements. Don't expect too much in their benefits and their salary appraisals. In case of my post, it's hard to suggest to the top management to improve their employee engagement and welfare benefits. I got ignored thrice, and it was frustrating.
