    Terrible management but good work experience
    The good thingsLots of training at Toyota Motor Philippines. Nice experience you will learn a lot.
    The challengesThe management was terrible. They don't value their employees. They only care about the daily quota and if the department didn't meet the quota, they will blame it on the employees. They don't appreciate your hard work. No life-balance. Low salary and commission.
