    NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsMy colleagues are easy to deal with. Friendly environment on my department.
    The challengesWorkload is imbalance. No trainings from expert practitioners, trainers are only self-learned / self-taught. There is no GA practitioner, rules and guidelines are not properly implemented without hearing employees' side. Annual increase is not consistent and very low. Promotion depends on the department which is unfair especially when you are assigned in a demanding department. Your career progress here is very slow. Many unnecessary and nonsense rules implemented just to say that they implemented a rule. Management is somewhat close-minded.
