Great and happy employee for this company.
The good thingsVery pleasing and approachable workmates. Good working environment.
The challengesSince there are only few employee work with this company, you may learn a lot and practice multi-tasking. You may work under pressure but after that accomplishment, you gain knowledge and take challenges for another opportunity.

The good thingswork-wise. I had a very nice experience. I was able to apply most of what I've learned as a engineering student. And learned a lot that is taught in school. For fresh graduate, a strongly recommend working here because there is no specific work. Everyday you learn new things. And the tupe of work is not stereotype.
The challengesI think i may need an improvement on my reporting skills, which i think was may weakest point.

My favorite company I've worked for.
The good thingsThe discipline you learn from a Japanese culture and the camaraderie and good relationship with co-associates. The work-life balance that I experience is nothing compared to the companies I have worked after Toyo Seat.
The challengesAlthough I enjoyed working in this company but on my 7th year we experience a big downturn in the business and that's the reason of my leaving the company. I should have stayed as the company is still stable in their operation. I miss my friends in the company.
