    I am in the Estimation Department doing the estimation works such as Quantity Calculation and Methodology Drawing & Statement.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because the people are friendly and the workplace is conducive to my job. Also, I am being guided by the department heads in my work and I am being guided to bring out my best effort and knowledge. I am currently learning while working.
    The challengesI should say that there is no challenge here. What matters here is the pressure I am experiencing because it is the crucial part of entering another world. I am being challenged by my attitude and personality toward the work itself, on how can I sustain my performance in the company.

    The good thingsJapanese employer is very strict and perfection. Every thing must have a plan and find a little hole of error in order for you to make a back up plan. Japanese employer very hands-on of everything from their staff up to their man power (skilled worker and laborer) they are also open for suggestion, sometime suggestion is bad because they will execute without due process.
    The challengesJapanese employer always says that time is gold. When they say that you must prepare your mcp (monthly coverage plan) and make it sure it will happen. Plan must be perfect and avoid any error. When they need answer you must have a basis for all of your answer.
