    Since after the reorganization, the development of the processes and the people were become so fast.
    The good thingsThe camaraderie, the trainings and the promotion.
    The challengesWhen there are lots of projects ongoing, lots of requests of legal opinion and contracts for review but since the company is being trained to satisfy customers, it's still manageable.

    The good thingsEmployees and bosses are so good and understanding and they treat each other as a family that is not divided by departments.
    The challengesThe challenge is you need to comply and finish the task ahead of time without forgetting your requirements (weekly report, signed office order, etc.).
