    One of the best Companies I've worked with!
    The good thingsThe Management shows "malasakit" to its employees plus the people working there are generally nice and easy to work with. Good compensation and benefits package. Free meals on site. The performance bonus is awesome too!
    The challengessome processes are still being done manually despite being an IT Company.

    The good thingsLeaders, including the bosses, are VERY approachable and helpful. They truly live with their slogan - "Empowering people." The work environment is healthy and it gives you a lot of opportunities to learn, improve, and grow. In addition, the leaders are truly generous towards their employees not just monetary but they show great empathy to their people as well. PLUS amazing company events and other engagement activities!
    The challengesChallenges are visible in every company you work with. Here at TIM, the main challenge is that you always have to keep up for you to be able to deliver well your duties and responsibilities. That's all :)

    Short and uneventful
    The good thingsThe environment was intimate because I was at the Cebu branch. The pay was high for a starter. The incentive scheme is good as well.

    The good thingsmaganda sila makisama sa mga employee nila lalo na ung mga coordinator namin sa work and yung mga team leader at yung mga assistant . mas naeenhance pa ung skills ko sa pag encode ng mga data bilang encoder , sana madami pa sila matulungan na kagaya ko :)
    The challengesuhm siguro mas nacha-challenge ako sa ginagawa ko kapag madami ung ie-encode ko lalo na kpg mahihirap ung mga data na input mo tapos hindi ka aabot sa quota , nahihirapan din ako sa sched minsan , lalo na kapag 6am-2pm dahil sobra ako inaantok pero ok lang dahil worth it naman :)
