    TPC when it was under TotalEnergies was a good company with great leaders, but now it just toxic management and leadership with HR team doing too much with a little to no impact at all.
    The good thingsEver since the digestive of TotalEnergies, this company has been spiraling down that I can't think of any good thing to say
    The challengesAfter the all the old HR team resigned, the new HR team can only do surface level actions and they seem to like power tripping a lot. The new management is also very toxic.

There is no proper alignment in salary structure for different employee levels.
