The challengesSupport from company's management especially their GM, HR, Project Dept., BDD, and B2B. These departments can't even follow simple policy and guidelines. Toxic working environment, no work-life balance, low salary with high expectations. No proper PPEs for their technicians, they value money over quality--improvements are hard to achieve (no training and testing area for their products and for actual trainings of technicians). Defective products are being sold and delivered without QC checking. Think twice before applying.
