    The good thingsbalance in work and life is good, co-workers are good too same as management. Working here is friendly and I learn a lot of things here. The management pursue for continuous improvement of the system and they are open
    The challengesI can say that one of the main reason I will not take long here is the low salary, even you work for years the wage is still the same when you started here. Vacation Leave in one year is very few around 8 days only.
