    learned a lot from this company
    The good thingsI love that I get to enjoy working here and earn money and commission. I just wish I had a choice back then but I had to leave for domestic reasons.
    The challengesBecause we were expected to be on call most of the time. i had less time to focus on my family. but, just like any other job that requires time and effort its understandable.

    Great company, treat employees well and fair
    The good thingsI enjoy the value they put to me as an employee. They give us sufficient support to reach our business and career goals. Managers are well equipped, coaches well and motivates the teams, even those at the top level are very approachable.
    The challengesComplaints are more for those who do not contribute to the success of the company.

    The good thingsYou can talk to everyone with your concerns. The family feels and concern for everyone. Longer Christmas holiday break and the multiple training and employee conferences each year takes it to higher level. Yearly appraisal above inflation rate and the opportunity for innovation.
