    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, where everyone in the department treat each other family.
    The challengesUnfair management treatment especially to rank-and-file and supervisory roles, no work-life balance because of the 48 hours (6 days/week) work in Davao office, very complicated processes with very few employees resulting to overloading/pending tasks, poor HR relation.

    Unprofessional! Such a waste of time and effort.
    The good thingsStaff here are very welcoming and nice.
    The challengesI had my final interview, I was informed that I am qualified for a particular position and I should wait for the JO, but they didnt send the JO or any message informing me that they changed their mind. I turned down a job opportunity just for this company that seems very unprofessional. You should have atleast send a text message or email informing about a change of decision. I wasted my energy and time.
