    The good thingsWell, it was challenging, tiring yet beneficial in a way that you will enhance your interpersonal skills and of course will lengthen your patience, because working in an airline company really need those. well to some up. it was really challenging. you better try it.
    The challengesChallenges? A lot. Like, talking to a passenger who just lost her/his baggage, when there is delayed or worst when there is cancelled flights. (well, I was working in an Airline Company, to those who asked) those are just the basic sample of challenging task that we need to met as a customer service agent.

    It was great working in Topserve.
    The good thingsThe people there was nice to me and they teach me a lot of things and our bond was really great it was fun we are like family there.
    The challengesIt was great working in this company because our job is to go every place to find people who wants to work as a service crew in a fast food chains. I have trials at first but in longer process it feels so nice and lucky in having this kind of job.

    I worked as a kitchen crew at Rica's cafe for almost 4 years. In that years, ive learned a lot from the chef and the staff to be a responsible member of the team.I owe my knowledge to the people who trust my skills and capability to do that jib.
    The good thingsWorking in the industry is not simple. Its very exhausting, stressfull, a lot of shouting, commotion, and its hurts you physically because of accidents.But one thing i love the most is my passion in cooking. Passion to see customer love every dishes you cook. All those things made you want to quit,its all gone. ITS ALL WORTH IT.
    The challengesEvery work place is a challenge. You need to be at your best. To be passionate in everything you do. Because if you dont have it, its easy to quit your job. So if I where given a chance to work with your company,its my pleasure to be part of it. I promise to do my best and share my passion in serving delicious food.

    The application process there was easy to do, as long as you have a complete requirements. They give you an orientation on what would be the guidelines regarding everything about their company.
    The good thingsThe employees are well approachable in terms of asking a certain things that you cannot understand.
    The challengesThe challenges maybe is my status as an employee is On-Call, so you have no idea of when is the time they will call you if you are available today and start working immediately. It's not a regular basis.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the times when I am with them. A lot of experience I gained even though my salary was minimum but for me, I am very lucky as TMSI employee. I know someone is looking for a job by hard way and totally not easy. But agency helps a person who needs a job. Therefore, I will promise to myself that the knowledge, skills and attitude that I have gained from them would be a good treasure.
    The challengesIt had been done better when I have closed the issues of past and rendered services. I influenced my boss to change their current process into new and easy transactions/procedure. I gave my fully support and apply my knowledge as my contribution to finish and implement the project.
