    Poor handling of people. No mercy management
    The good thingsYou will meet good people here during training
    The challengesThey terminate staff due to poor performance to think that their evaluation period is 3 months only. They will not inform you early. No care for the people. Management will not dare give you a chance.

    The good thingsWorkmates are fun. If you are single and money doesn't really matter to you, Give this company a try
    The challenges- Leader/Higher ups are terrible, unreliable, awful and most of all unprofessional - There are lots of POLICIES but only applicable to those newbies. They are not enforced to seniors so be careful - Uncompetetive salary. (Like really) - Only the time that highers are doing something is boss/client visiting - MASS LAYOFFS WITHOUT WARNING - Management is definitely their downside - Toxicty between different departments

    The company is good however you won't see yourself retiring from this company. They lack in benefits and good compensation. You also have to be careful while working here. see to it that you dont get into the bad side of higher ups.
    The good thingsIt is an international company. You may be sent to Hongkong and SG for training
    The challengesDifficulty in getting to the good side of higher ups. All hardwork, recognition and efforts will be forgotten with 1 mistake. So many eyes lurking

    This company is only good for fresh graduates who have nowhere else to go since you can easily pass and get employed here. They offer way below salary and no work-life balance at all since you are required to do on site even if the job can be done easily remotely.

    The company offers very low salary and work is stressful.
    The good thingsIf working overtime is your thing and have got nothing else to do or does not have a family, maybe this job is for you.
    The challengesSalary is very low for the accountability and time that an employee needs to commit. The management makes you feel that being forced to do overtime is actually a privilege and you should sacrifice everything else, including your life outside the office, for the company. Again, just to emphasize, but salary is below industry standards.
