    Working with Toppan Best-Set
The good thingsThe job has helped me raise my standards of excellence in copyediting. There is good camaraderie among coworkers.
The challengesThe job is really stressful if you don’t know how to prioritize your tasks, and the compensation does not quite measure up to the difficulty of the job.

    Not a good experience
The good thingsCo-workers are very kind but the management are rude. Reception is not that approachable they are very rude.
The challengesYou will always find something better for your career growth. It seems my career growth stops. They did not give the expected salary posted on jobsite.

    Mentor
The good thingsI consider this company my mentor. A huge chunk of what I know, what I practice, and what career I enjoy today, is courtesy of my time with them. They did more than just train me, they taught us discipline in quality and standard of work. What they've taught us cannot easily be replaced or paid for.
The challengesThe only negative thing I can say about this company is the low salary. They offer incentives and the like but there is something left to be desired in being able to enjoy a higher fixed salary.

    Working at Toppan
The good thingsThe best thing about this company is the incentive they provide as per file basis. The more workload, the more incentives you get. Sometimes, the incentives you receive are much higher than what you get from your basic pay. So everybody else gets the motivation to work for more.
The challengesThe racing to do more gets challenging because you need e better equipment and a device or workstation that is speedier to get the job done. If equipped with high end computers with high speed Internet and more access to Internet, as a copyeditor, the job could be more worth doing.

Be among the top and best at Toppan-Best
The good thingsAccessibility of the workplace, reasonable schedule (no GY duty and weekends), commission commensurate to what you have worked for, incentive for travel for specific positions, professional training program, opportunities for professional growth, transparent/open-door management, diverse work population
The challengesHandling new accounts would initially mean longer hours at the office, but it could be solved with better time management. Copy-editing could get so intense, it could encroach on your personal time -- you should be careful of exposing yourself to burnout. Navigating between accounts (different specifics), dealing with deadlines, and internal and external feedback could weigh heavily at times also
