The good thingsI have enjoyed working with the company. I have learned my set of skills while working and also obtain a good relationship with co-workers and client. I have discover the ability to lead people and manage them as well. They have taught me to become confident on making decision and encourage to do more as much as I can.
The challengesHaving a management that doesn't care whether benefits are given or not. Arrogant boss who wants us to work hard as much as we would. Our grievances were not heard by the top management. We had failed in all key performance index of our client.
