    The company should be better. wouldn't recommend applying here
    The good thingsColleagues are fine, didnt enjoy everything pretty much.
    The challengesAll the benefits should be improved, if you are not 5 years in service above you dont have hmo, and the hmo is useless. Salaries are definitely low.

    The good thingsWorking here was enjoyable and the environment was relaxed and the people are easy to work with. The accounts are non-voice which is a good thing.
    The challengesthe company only has few accounts but hopefully they would add more.

    The challengesAt first, you will be challenged to handle 5 customers at the same time but eventually, you'll get along with the tools and resources the management is providing.

    They helped me achieve my goals
    The good thingsThe workplace is just fantastic. Colleagues are nice, helpful, and delightful to work with. Food isn't a problem, as you get a free meal once a day, and there are countless places around the office to buy something if you want to check around. All in all, I really enjoyed working there.
    The challengesIf you drive a car to work, then parking is a challenge as the only place to do so near the office is a paid-parking building, and it's somewhat expensive.

    Chill in every good way you can think of
    The good thingsAmazing pay, accomodating environment, experts who really know what they say, TopData was an amazing workplace. If not for the pandemic, I would have gladly stayed on.
    The challengesNot much. If anything, perhaps you can try to broaden the ladder. As of now, it seems an inner circle applies and only the ones "in the know" have a shot upstairs.

    Some things really are too good to be true
    The good thingsThe company facilities are adequate. It goes for the modern, no walls vibe. The location is accessible as well. As for the work involved, it is easy enough. For the salary you get you can't really complain much.
    The challengesManagement is out to get it's people. Never have I ever encountered management so insensitive to their employees' needs. If you have a health issue, make sure to stay away. These people do not care if you have a medcert or an advice from the doctor to be on a certain shift. They will force you to a particular shift. No shift rotation by the way. If your team is in the GY, you will forever be in the GY shift.

    You won't even realize that you're in a BPO company when you work here.
    The good thingsYou're able to enjoy free meals, the differences when it comes to the production floor of TopData compared to other BPO industries is really beyond your expectations as it doesn't feel like you're at work at all.
    The challengesThe work hours is somehow a bit longer compared to other industries. Also, the metrics and ratings that are needed in the company are above average which means that only the strong ones could really stay and perform well.

    Top Data Global IT Solutions is a great company to work with.
    The good thingsTop Data Global IT Solutions provides great compensations and benefits when it comes to Health care. Also we have free meals every shift which saves us a lot of money when it comes to food. We do also have places in our pantry wherein we can watch Netflix and play game consoles during our breaks.
    The challengesThe challenges that we experienced working with Top Data is just you need to be good with your technical skills to handle your day to day job with Top Data. You need to improve yourself everyday and keep learning new technical skills to cope up with the daily work updates.

    The good thingsI enjoy the overall environment of the company. Plus the job's pays really well. Everyone helps each other out and we have really good leaders.

    The good thingsI started here from the ground up. The company gives credit to potential. Just do your job well and love it, everything else will follow. They will hep you realize your full potential and grow in the career path you choose.
    The challengesThe company is constantly growing. We started really small but have evolved to a world class company and still growing. With this growth it's common to find challenges in terms of change. New processes and more customers to deal with is a challenge but a good sign that we are doing great!

    Quite fun a lot of learning.
    The good thingsWell my co-employees were nice to me and they are really guiding you through out the editing process but they didn't gave me a heads up about the glitches in the system the kind of output they really need and the type of training that I have. Maybe now there are team leaders and are assign in each designated type of products but when I was beginning my training I was like a ball passed to a person to another.
    The challengesThe quota is okay but I really want the people to know about this kind of job it's a plus if you are multilingual person, and good at translating and searching fast about companies and their products.

    The good thingsThe management is very kind: the boss, the administrators, and other staff members. The work environment here is good because, specially, of your workmates/team mates. A very happy and godly environment. Honest, modest, kind, practical.
