It was 'okay' but not so okay
The good thingsYour colleagues treat you like a family. They will help you. BUT you're creativity will be limited there will be no freedom.
The challengesSince I'm under events. The company does not provide comfortable transportation. We have a company van but we can't use it. Imagine going to remote areas by using public transport and risking your safety.

The good thingsFriendly co-workers. Non-toxic workplace.
The challengesVery time demanding. The company could've employed more artists and copywriters than accounts executives. Needs time flexibility or shifting in schedules.

    Not team-oriented company
The good thingsI learned a lot about graphic design and other multimedia works.
The challengesI'm looking for a team-oriented company where the art director really directs his artists, and a company where your efforts are being appreciated.

The good thingsBecause of the business' number of employees, everyone has the opportunity to work on numerous projects assuming different roles. There is so much room for learning. Owners treat employees as family.
    The challengesWider clientele.
