    Overall, I enjoy working for the company. However, the compensation is not that high as compared to other companies. But if you are looking for experience and trainings, this company is for you.
    The good thingsIf you want to learn a lot, this company is for you. They give a lot of opportunities for you to learn a lot of things.
    The challengesLow compensation; salary increase after regularization is not that high.

    Challenging work but not well-compensated
    The good thingsProduction is highly dynamic and processes are smooth as long as properly managed by the different assigned teams. There are regular daily meetings to assess the production hit rate and progress of ongoing projects and yield improvements. Communication with the other company plants is active and responsive.
    The challengesUnder-compensation for work being executed. Very unstable electricity, which deteriorates the quality of products caught in the aftermath of power interruptions. Management sometimes do not take into consideration the opinion / constructive criticism of other personnel. Lax response to health and safety of employees.

    The good thingsFor Quality department, Monday-Friday work schedule (8AM-6PM).
    The challengespeople, management, work materials( for computer: 1 computer is to 2 employees) No Benefits, incentives. Low salary. No growth.

    Tired but challenged!
    The good thingsThe company let you expose to different kind of workplace, It challenges me to accept assigned various tasks, analyze critical indefinite problems, and find way to solve issues related to process control, statistical process control, and yield improvement. The company let me learn how set of activities should be systematically organized to finish all at time.
    The challengesThe company gives too much work load, not proportionate to salary. Job working hour is 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, but due to too much work load, 12 hours is not enough, which extends up to 16 hours. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not appropriate to current setting in line. Safety orientation among personnels is still weak.

    The good thingsAs a Process Engineer, This company will give the best training and great hands-on. Push on greater heights and be the best you can be. Give the best experience in multi-tasking, experience how to deal with stress and eventually trumped on it. One of the Great Company Bonus in been worked. The very Best people, employees,that i been a part. Specially the Operators, the most friendly and respectful that i handle.
    The challengesOn the road to great benefits. That's the deal, This company have great Management / Supervisor / Engineers / Operators even ongoing constructing of great benefits.
