    Still a good company to work on and gain experience.
    The good thingsWhen you have a good colleagues in your designated branch, you will enjoy working there. Also it's good that they have a free beverage per day as perks. They also have a Thanksgiving Party yearly for the whole company.
    The challengesThis company struggles with maintaining a healthy work-life balance for its employees. Despite submitting leave requests well in advance, approvals often come in for fewer days than requested. While this might suit workaholics, it can be challenging for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.
