    The good thingsThe company compensated employees very well particularly in the sales position. It also allows everyone in the sales department to grow thru product trainings and field exposure. One would definitely learn so many things working in this company.
    The challengesIt takes time to get in a position where you want to be, but it is worth it. This company is definitely keeping up with the changing times, and will truly be competitive in the field of IVD business in many years to come.
