    I wanna grow old with TNC :)
    The good thingsTNC is very generous when it comes to involuntary benefits and training development programs for its employees. The management is kind and approachable. Turnover is minimal and mostly reason for leaving is either abroad or retiring.
    The challengesEmployees are very familiar with their job purpose, and the challenge maybe is I need to work as well as they are.
