    A good company for entry level employees to gain work experience.
    The good thingsOpportunity to improve technical skills and soft skills for entry level employees. Medical insurance and their cooperative are the helpful perks.
    The challengesPoor management system, excessive workload specially for evaluations and routinary responsibilities. Less incentive for employees exposed to hazards. Slow promotion with very low annual salary increase/ appraisal that wont be enough to combat the country's inflation rate.

    The good thingsThe company has good benifits and savings program for the employees and the welfare of employees are well taken care of. People I have worked with in my department treat each other as friends and family.
    The challengesWas assigned in the area where production is 24/7 so rendering OT everday and even on weekends is needed. Very little trainings/seminars provided so most of the time I have to learn on my own.
