    Challenging, empowering, and filled with opportunities to lead, even as someone who is just starting out in my career.
    The good thingsWorking here has been a really good experience for me. Even though I’m just starting out, I feel trusted and supported. They give me chances to lead and try new things, which helps me become better. I learn something new almost every day. The company really helps you grow and pushes you to do your best. There are also great perks like a gym membership, HMO, flexible working hours, and sometimes we get to attend exclusive events. It’s a fun and challenging place to work.
    The challengesThe work can be fast-paced. It’s not really a bad thing, but you need to be ready to keep up and always improve.

    With how smooth the onboarding was and the great perks it was an easy yes.
    The good thingsThe process was incredibly smooth—just two interviews and one onboarding session. Plus, the mention of coffee perks and other benefits made it even easier for me to fast-track “With how smooth the onboarding was—and the great perks—it was an easy yes.” my decision.

    Disappointing Experience - Completely Ghosted After Interview
    The good thingsAccomodating and friendly staff and interviewer
    The challengesIt's unprofessional to ghost an applicant after an interview, especially when they promise to provide updates. It gives the impression that they don’t value their candidates or their time. I understand that companies can be busy, but at the very least, some form of feedback is expected.
