    The good thingsNo good things happened when working at times trading company I swear, I know it really well. Because my uncle work there.
    The challengesNo good things happened if you work here because the boss always see the wrong not the good output you gave to them. In short no career growth development.

    I WAS TRAINED WELL
    The good thingsemployees lend ears whenever you need assistance or would ask questions. under marketing department, you will be trained by assigning some permanent duties, projects to finish, thinking tasks and would let you join meetings for you to be familiar on corporate things. lastly, you will be involved with preparation of event activation and would have the chance to be deployed on the days of the event (with fair compensation: meal allowance provided aside from your salary)
    The challengesduring the period of back-to-school, extra works are need to be accomplished which makes you work over time.
