    Should have been great in Cebu
    The good thingsProject Management experienced I have in this company is far beyond that I have expected. I was amazed that the things that I have done here which myself was not even aware that I am capable with. In short, this the company that push my limits and make me see my worth in this industry. Working with multiple counterparts is really a hell of experienced for me.
    The challengesOnly 1 major customer which eventually causes the company closure. The closure was initiated because the customer decided to in source its R&D.

    A definition of Open Source culture
    The good thingsThe company provides equal opportunity and well recognizes amazing talents. They promote work-life balance and support various employee activities. Though short-lived here in the country, their sincerity and concern to the separated employees were heart-felt.
    The challengesSince the reason of their short operation here in the Philippines is the lack of additional client. What could have done better is to have active sales team in the local site to better promote the company's services.
