    The good thingsmeet a wide variety of guests from all over the world, from high rollers to casual players. and The social aspect keeps things interesting, and if you enjoy talking to people, it never feels dull.

    The good thingsI was able to conceptualize designs to all outlets they assigned for my team. Buying materials and equipment outside the country made me more innovative on my designs because of the various selections. We were able to finish the projects on time.
    The challengesHaving both properties at the same time made it more challenging since they are apart from each other and not only that both properties has its on own theme/ concept when it's comes to design. Both were being constructed at the same time.

    Memorable but needs attention in improving the facilities of the hotel and medical benefits to employees
    The good thingsThe salary, monthly recognition of star employees and birthday celebration.
    The challengesUnsupportive to hotel division but there are various program, promotion on the casino side. The hotel facilities are not competitive. Limited no. of sets of uniforms. Poor training program.
