Working there is a great opportunity to me.
The good thingsI enjoy working there because i have a very nice and good colleague. And also we have a lot of customer that become our friends.
The challengesWhen I inventory the medicine and then you need to take order also to the costumer. And then you forgot to full out those near expiry medicine.

Pays higher but not worth the stress/pressure
The good thingsPays higher than any other retail pharmacies like Watsons, Rose, and Mercury. Flexible schedule. Good working staff (depends on which branch).
The challengesAlmost always, they lack manpower so you really need to do OTs. You can really experience working up to 18 hours (depends on store operating hours) in a day plus another 18 hours the next day plus 18 hours more the next day. Yes, you get salary compensation but it's not worth your physical and mental stress. It is also very difficult to find a reliever in times that you would want to do VLs. Benefits are also not that good compared to other companies (but they're working on it now, I supposed). Also, expect a lack in salary almost every payroll (and receive it the next payroll).
