    The challengesI challenges for my mistakes it because i have more mistake I've taken to my self, i concede my self as a good employer but i don't face my fair to face it., i walk away from that fair and scared to face it again, i can't understand what they want to do. they always on top.

    The challengesBetter trainings or seminars should be given, Improve transportation from plant site to city, environment is too dusty, hot and humid during sunny days and during rainy season rain sometimes pours nonstop. Many hazardous chemicals are present and handled. No hazard pay for employees.
